Belle Shores Condominium is located just a short four block walk from the Beach 105th Street A Train station located at Rockaway Beach Boulevard, and Beach 105th Street next to the Key Food Supermarket.

Take Belt Parkway East
Exit 11S (Flatbush Avenue South to Rockaways)
Take Flatbush Avenue South to Marine Parkway Bridge
As bridge ends, bear left towards Rockaway & Riis Park
At next fork in road, bear left to Beach Channel Drive
Make a right on to Beach 108th Street
Make a left on to Rockaway Beach Boulevard
Make a right on to 101st Street
Sales Office and models are located halfway down 101st Street on left-hand side.

From Queens:

Van Wyck South
Belt Parkway West
Exit 17S (Cross Bay Boulevard towards Rockaways)
Cross Bay Boulevard becomes Cross Bay Bridge
Stay in center lane on bridge as per sign for Shore Front Parkway
On bridge after splits left, then bear right towards Shore Front Parkway exit
Drive straight for few blocks to Shore Front Parkway
Turn right on Shore Front Parkway
Make right on Beach 102nd Street.
Make right on Rockaway Beach Boulevard.

Take the Woodhaven Boulevard exit (Exit 19) towards Rockaways
Turn right onto Woodhaven Boulevard
Woodhaven Boulevard becomes Cross Bay Boulevard
Cross Bay Boulevard becomes Cross Bay Bridge
Stay in center lane on bridge as per sign for Shore Front Parkway
On bridge after splits left, then bear right towards Shore Front Parkway exit
Drive straight for few blocks to Shore Front Parkway
Turn right on Shore Front Parkway
Make right on Beach 102nd Street.
Make right on Rockaway Beach Boulevard.

Train Directions To Belle Shores Condominium

There are three A Train Lines. Two of which run to the Rockaways. Take either:

1 - Whenever possible, the most direct train is the Southbound A Train bound towards Beach 116th Street.

During weekday evening peak commuting hours the A Train runs express to Beach 116th Street.
Get off at the Train at the Beach 105th Street Stop.
Walk left (east) on Rockaway Beach Boulevard to 102nd Street.
Walk right on 102nd Street for a couple of hundred feet and continue left on Rockaway Beach Boulevard.
Make a right on Beach 101st Street and welcome to Belle Shores Condominium.

(During morning peak commuting hours, the Beach 116th Street A Train runs express to Manhattan)

2 - Generally during non peak weekday evening hours the next best train to take is the Southbound A Train bound towards Far Rockaway.

Take this train to Broad Channel.
Transfer to the Shuttle Train towards Beach 116th Street.
Get off the Shuttle Train at the Beach 105th Street Stop.
Walk left (east) on Rockaway Beach Boulevard to 102nd Street.
Walk right on 102nd Street for a couple of hundred feet and continue left on Rockaway Beach Boulevard.
Make a right on Beach 101st Street and welcome to Belle Shores Condominium.

3 - Do NOT take the A Train towards Lefferts Boulevard.

During normal commuting hours, it takes as little as 51 minutes to downtown Manhattan

and 64 minutes to 42nd Street in Manhattan.
